Waiguru’s Home Raided By EACC Officers
Officials from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) have on the morning of 20th August conducted a raid on Governor Anne Waiguru’s rural home at Kagio village, Kirinyaga County.
It has been reported that, vehicles belonging to EACC officials were pictured parked outside the home of Governor Anne Waiguru at Kagio village, Kirinyaga County on August 20, 2020.

The governor was also accused of using her office to improperly confer a benefit to herself when she was irregularly paid for travel allowances by way of imprests amounting to Ksh10.6 million yet she did not travel.
In the graft allegation linked to her office, two notable PA in her office were overly mentioned. The two included governors former PA Ms Pauline Kamau and Ms Gichira Wayne.
