Sailors Fallout With Manager Mwalimu Rachel, Opens a New YouTube Account

The rift between Gengetone group Sailors and their manager Mwalimu Rachel has worsened and the two are no longer in good terms.
The Wamlambez Wamyonyez hit makers have gone ahead and opened a new YouTube account after Mwalimu Rachel refused to give them their YouTube account password.
Apparently all the social media and YouTube accounts of the group were being managed by Mwalimu Rachel for the last two years.
According to Sailors, Mwalimu Rachel demanded over Sh1 million from the group to release the passwords.
In an exclusive interview with Word Is, the group said they have tried accessing their YouTube channel but their former manager couldn’t give it up.
“We respect her, we’ve come from far, but we didn’t expect this to turn out the way it did,” Miracle Baby said.
The group went ahead and warned anybody against dealing with her on their behalf.
“We have opened new YouTube channels and we are now signed under Black Market Records. If you book a gig with her (Mwalimu Rachel), you will have been conned).”
Their latest song Kulewa Kuchuchuma is currently doing well.
