Inspector Mwala Quits Radio Citizen Show

It has been a 13 years journey of Davis Mwalili popularly known as Inspector Mwala gracing Radio Citizen morning show Jambo Kenya. The funny man has finally called it a day after announcing his resignation from the popular show.
The veteran comedian cum actor announced his departure from the station’s Jambo Kenya show on Wednesday 30th  and stated that he was going on air for the last time on Radio Citizen.
“Today is my last day at Radio Citizen. I am doing this morning show and will also host Drive On in the evening,” he stated.
The presenter cum-comedian added that he was leaving on good terms after 13 years at the station.
Mwala had gained massive popularity among his funs making Jambo Kenya morning show among the most listened to shows in the country every week day.

Mwala also runs Inspector Mwala show on Citizen TV in which he takes the lead role of the Inspector character.
The Inspector Mwala show will however not be affected as it continues running on Citizen TV.
Mwala was co-hosting the Radio Jambo morning show with Veteran Journalist Vincent Ateya.
