Huduma Centre Working Hours
This article is an insight on all you need to know about Huduma Centre working hours and days of the week they are open. On 21st January this year, the Ministry of Public Service , gender and Affirmative action CS Aisha Jumwa announced new working hours for Huduma Centre across the country.
Through the announcement Huduma Centre will be open from 7am to 7 pm from Monday to Friday. This is good news to Kenyans who used to find it hard to get government services beyond working hours. In the new changes, you can now get Huduma services at any Huduma centre in Kenya from Monday to Friday anytime between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
“Huduma Kenya program has worked wonders and am very much Impressed that’s why I had promised that within 100 days in office we shall start rolling out various programs and the first one is extending the operation hours of our Huduma centres from 7am to 7pm” CS Aisha Jumwa stated.
You will also be able to Contact Huduma Center help line through out the week and even on Weekends and Public Holidays until 6 pm and on weekdays till 9 pm.
The increased working hours is aimed at accommodating individuals who had hard time accessing the crucial government services before and after working hours. With the new changes you can now visit the nearest Huduma Centre at 7 and get served before reporting to your work place.
Similarly, you can now visit Huduma Centre after work and get served. Since most formal jobs end at 4pm with some ending at 5pm, most working Kenyans now have allowance of several hours after work to get served.
Some of the government services offered at Huduma Centres include; business registration, Birth certificate application, ID Cards application, Application of Certificate of Good Contact and many more.

In order to assist citizens via call on enquiries, booking of appointments and general Public Service information, while seeking services, the Huduma Kenya Contact Centre has also extended its operational hours to operate from 7:00am to 9:00pm. Huduma 7AMto7PM
