Gatanga Technical and Vocational College Courses, Fees, Minimum Requirements, College Location and How To Apply:Gatanga Technical and Vocational College was constructed through funding by the GoK and Gatanga NG – CDF under mentorship of Murang’a University. The college is located 26 km from Thika town along Gatanga – Ndakaini road. The college is a centre of excellence in Mechanical Engineering having received Mechanical production equipment, computers and furniture’s which were supplied to the institution in January 2018 through the Government of Kenya. Currently the college has a total population of 150 trainees in four departments as at the time of June 2019.

The college offers various certificate, Craft, Artisan, Diploma and Higher Diploma courses such us Certificate in information communication technology, Craft Certificate in Supply Chain Management,Certificate in science laboratory technician, Artisan in automotive engineering, Welding and Fabrication, Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Diploma in supply chain management, Diploma in Information Communication Technology(ICT), Diploma in building construction technology among others.

The minimum qualification for a diploma course at Gatanga Technical and Vocational College is C- in KCSE and D (Plain) for a certificate course. Students who wish to join the college can apply through Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS). Or visit the college to process the application.
